Delivery Information

Stainless Diesel ships only to the 48 contiguous states.  (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada)

Stainless Diesel ships primarily via UPS and USPS. All items ordered to ship UPS before 2:00 PM EST are shipped out during the same business day as long as the product is not on back-order or is a custom made part (ie. non-boxed turbo, all piping kits, special coated parts, polished parts, welded parts). If an order is placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, it will not be shipped until the following Monday (given that it is not a Holiday). If you place an order on Friday via Next Day Air Shipping, you will not receive it until Monday.  All items ordered to ship USPS before 10:00 AM EST are shipped out during the same business day as long as the product is not on back-order. 

All USPS orders are marked as Priority and mostly shipped in the SMALL FLAT RATE boxes and dependent on the region are 2-5 days.  These USPS boxes cannot be turned around once picked up.  Stainless Diesel will not ship anything over 5lbs via USPS.  Stainless Diesel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for if / when the Govt. does their job or if they deliver packages within their own advertised time frame.  DO NOT CALL US COMPLAINING about a USPS pkg. not being delivered within their time-frame = choosing 2 day 'usps priority' may NOT GUARANTEE it being delivered within 2 days.  *weekends do not count as deliverable or pick up days*  Feel free to direct your shipping complaints to them: 1-800-344-7779

Stainless Diesel is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Stainless Diesel will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been completed.

Stainless Diesel takes shipping photos before all items are shipped.  If a wrong item or wrong sized item is shipped/received -- communicate with us & we may ask for photos from your end also.  If it's our mistake, we will ship replacements immediately and usually send a return label for the mistaken part back.  If the item was 'ordered wrong' -- we ask that you own-up to your mistake and cover the shipping back/forth to have this replaced as quickly as possible for us to help you exchange the parts.
